I Am Gun - GTMK 2021 Jam Edition

The theme for the GMTK Game Jam 2021 is "Joined Together". In 'I am Gun', you play as a gun Parasite that attaches itself to enemies - "Hazmats" -

allowing you to take control of them.

As a Gun Parasite, your life is joined to the amount of ammo you have.

Switching between enemies gives you access to the amount of bullets they have, making combat a fast-paced game of mapping out

the most advantageous way to approach each encounter.

Different enemies also have different attributes that affect gameplay.

Purple Hazmats are faster, but do less damage, Green Hazmats are slower but significantly more hard-hitting. Yellow Hazmats are all-rounded.

Enemies also drop ammo to heal you.

CONTROLS

Space - Charge Parasite Swap. Use mouse to target the enemy you want to swap with, and release to swap.

Left click - Fire.

Shift - Dash.

NOTES:

The game loops infinitely, each kill adds to your score, when the map is cleared, the enemies respawn in 10 seconds.
